Citizens' Comments

The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.

Presentation of a Proclamation to Donna Kliewer and Members of the Keep Allen Beautiful Board Proclaiming November 3, 2007, as Allen Recycles Day. Presentation of a Proclamation to Lisa Heingardner and Members of the Friends of the Allen Public Library Proclaiming October 21-27, 2007, as Friends of the Allen Public Library Week.

Recognition of the City of Allen Public and Media Relations Department for a Series of Awards from the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (TATOA), National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), and the Telly Awards.

Consent Agenda

Routine Council business. Consent Agenda is approved by a single majority vote. Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Councilmember or member of staff.

Adopt a Resolution Establishing New Emergency Ambulance Services User Fees and Implementing "Insurance Only" Billing.

Authorize Execution of a Management Agreement with Global Entertainment Corporation for the Event Center.

Approve the Phase I Project Development Agreement between the City of Allen, Texas and Global Properties I, for the Allen Event Center, for an Amount Not to Exceed $200,000.
