5. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., for the Design of a 24-inch Potable Water Line from Allen Commerce Drive to Ridgeview Drive in the Amount of $284,900.
6. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with VAI Architects Inc., for Architectural/Engineering Services for Phase II Design of the Fire Station #6 Project in the Amount of $611,600.
