Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Pro Forma Architecture, Inc. for an Amount not to Exceed $93,500 for Architectural/Engineering Services for the Police Building Interior Renovations Project.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Amended and Restated Agreement between the City of Allen and the Lone Star Conference (LSC) to Host the 2013-2014 Division II Men's and Women's Conference Championship Basketball Tournament at the Allen Event Center.
Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute Contracts with Winfield Solutions for an Amount not to Exceed $46,971 and with BWI Companies, Inc. for an Amount not to Exceed $11,353 for Agronomic Supplies for Chase Oaks Golf Course for a Total Amount of $58,324.

Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with JDC Construction, Inc. for an Amount not to Exceed $83,312.50 for the Ford Park North Trail Improvements and Establish a Project Budget of $100,000.


Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Facilities Agreement with Skorburg Retail Corporation Related to the Proposed Hike and Bike Trails for the Residential Development Cumberland Crossing Phase V.
