	Public Recognition.


	1.	Citizen's Comments.


		[The City Council invites citizens to speak to the Council on any topic not on the agenda or not already scheduled for Public Hearing. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Public Meeting Appearance Card" and present it to the City Secretary. The time limit is three minutes per speaker, not to exceed a total of fifteen minutes for all speakers.]


	Consent Agenda.


		[Routine Council business. Consent Agenda is approved by a single majority vote. Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Councilmember or member of staff.]


	2.	Approve Minutes of the May 22, 2018, Regular City Council Meeting.

	3.	Adopt an Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 9 "Motor Vehicles and Traffic," Setting Forth Truck Routes Located Within the City.

	4.	Adopt a Resolution Delegating Authority to the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute Facilities and License Agreements for Design, Installation, Repair, Replacement, and Removal of Non-Standard Street Lights and Street Signs.

	5.	Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Amended and Restated Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between the City of Allen and Town of Fairview Concerning the Stacy Road and Greenville Avenue Intersection.

	6.	Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Interlocal Agreement Between the Allen Independent School District and the City of Allen for the Maintenance of the Bolin Elementary School Sewer Lift Station.

	7.	Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a One-Year Contract, with Four Automatic One-Year Renewals, with Signature Towing, Inc. as the Primary Vendor and Jordan Towing, Inc. as the Secondary Vendor for Wrecker and Impound Services for Consent and Non-Consent Towing Services for the Allen Police Department.


	Regular Agenda.


	8.	Award Bid and Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with Quality Excavation, Ltd. in the Amount of $2,283,451 for the Alma Drive Phase 2 Project.

	9.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance for a Specific Use Permit for a Restaurant/Private Club Use for an Approximately 6,493± Square Foot Portion of the Building Located on Lot 7A-1, Block A, The Village at Allen; Generally Located South of Stacy Road and East of U.S. Highway 75. [Bar Louie - Restaurant/Private Club]

	10.	Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Amend the Development Regulations Relating to the Use and Development of Tract 7 of Planned Development No. 55, Generally Located South of Motorsport Court and West of U.S. Highway 75, to Add "Medical Clinic" as a Permitted Use.


	Other Business.

		Legal, Section 551.071. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, the Workshop Meeting and/or the Regular Agenda may be Convened into Closed Executive Session for the Purpose of Seeking Confidential Legal Advice from the City Attorney on any Agenda Item Listed Herein. 	13.	Reconvene and Consider Action on Items Resulting from Executive Session.
