  2. Approve Minutes of the July 22, 2014, Regular Meeting.
Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to Apply for, Accept, Reject, Alter or Terminate a Grant Through Texas Parks and Wildlife's Outdoor Recreation Grant Program for the Construction of Watters Branch Community Park.
Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Interlocal Agreement Between the City of Allen and North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Relating to the Regional Traffic Signal Retiming Program.

Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with H-B Construction, Inc., in an Amount Not to Exceed $172,202 for the Remodel of the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium Shower/Locker Rooms, and Establish a Project Budget of $198,000.


Authorize the City Manager to Upgrade the Police Department's In-Car Video System from the L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc. Flashback2 System to the Flashback3 Digital In-Car Video Solution in the Amount of $199,934 Through the Houston-Galveston Area Cooperative Purchasing Program.

Accept the Resignation of Emile Carriere and Declare a Vacancy in Place No. 1 on the Public Art Committee.

Receive the Investment Report for the Period Ending June 30, 2014.


Receive the Financial Report for Period Ending June 30, 2014.

Conduct a Public Hearing on the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget as Required by Article IV, Section 4.04 of the Allen City Charter.


Conduct a Public Hearing Regarding the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 City Tax Rate.

Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Amend the Development Regulations of Planned Development No. 74 and Adopt a Concept Plan and Building Elevations for a 39.9± Acre Property Generally Located Southwest of Bethany Drive and Montgomery Boulevard. [Montgomery Ridge] This Item is Recommended to be Continued to the August 26, 2014, City Council Meeting.
