  • Presentation of a Proclamation to The Honorable Court Judge Proclaiming November 2-6, 2020, as Municipal Court Week.
  • Presentation of a Proclamation to Karen Cromwell, Director, Allen Convention and Visitors Bureau Proclaiming November 14, 2020, as Shop Local Awareness Day.

Approve Minutes of the October 13, 2020, Regular City Council Meeting.


Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to Apply for, Accept, Reject, Alter or Terminate a Grant Through Texas Parks and Wildlife's Outdoor Recreation Grant Program for the Construction of the Stephen G. Terrell Community Park.

5.Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., for the Design of a 24-inch Potable Water Line from Allen Commerce Drive to Ridgeview Drive in the Amount of $284,900.
6.Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with VAI Architects Inc., for Architectural/Engineering Services for Phase II Design of the Fire Station #6 Project in the Amount of $611,600.
