Consider All Matters Incident and Related to the Canvassing of Returns and Approve a Resolution Declaring the Results of the November 3, 2020, General Election.

Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance Designating a Certain area within the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, as Reinvestment Zone No. Three City of Allen, Texas ("Farm District Zone"); Establishing the Boundaries of Such Zone; Creating a Board of Directors for Said Reinvestment Zone and Other Matters Relating Thereto; Containing Findings; Providing a Severability Cause; and Providing an Effective Date.
